- Checks must be post marked by May 10th.
- Anyone can enter at the race through saddle book with a credit card and a late fee of $10 late fee.
- There will be no parking or camping fee!
Proceeds for Cancer Survivor
We at B&D Barrel Racing understand the impact of a cancer diagnosis. I, Devon have breast cancer and Butch has colon cancer. We know how devastating cancer is, and we also understand personally that the last thing anyone going through cancer should have to worry about is money. Deductibles, Medicines. Tests. These things cost money at a time when we are often unable to work because of doctors appointments, treatments, and the recovery time needed from surgeries and chemo. It is often at this time that money is needed most. We want to offer that help to those in our community when they need it most!
All proceeds from this race will be going toward people that have cancer or have an immediate relative with cancer. A person entering this race, may fill out this form to be eligible for receiving a voucher that can help with medical expenses. Our committee will be choosing the recipients to receive these vouchers. For every $1,000 raised, there will be one person chosen. Depending on how much is raised the vouchers may go up. We at B&D will be exempt from these vouchers. The participant filling out this form will need to state their name, the person and their relationship with cancer, type of cancer, and will also need to tell us a little bit about that person’s cancer journey.
